Are you having problems with the games? Follow these steps:
The games do not start
You probably have an incorrect or outdated version of Java operating. GamePoint uploads a new Java version online at www.gamepoint.co.uk/java. Download the latest Java if your game will not load. You do first need to uninstall the old Java before you can install the updated version. This is done via Start -> Configuration/Control Panel -> Toevoegen software/Add or remove programs. Select Java from the list and remove it.

Which names are allowed and which are not?
When creating names many words are blocked. Afterwards a name can still be blocked if the relevant user is a VIP he/he is contacted.
GamePoint remains entitled at any moment to remove user names. Which user names are not permitted or are forbidden? - User names that use terms of abuse - User names that have a sexual significance - User names of well-known people - User names of people of companies that are trademarked. - User names that are offensive. - User names that were created in bad faith (for example user names that are similar to admin names).

The firewall is blocking the chat/login
When you have problems with logging in and/or chatting it may be the case that something is not set correctly in your Firewall. It may (also) be necessary to open a few ports. GamePoint uses the following ports: 6650 (chat) 3000 to 9000 (rooms). please allow data from network 194.126.241.0/25. To let the game function properly it is necessary to allow all of these gates outward and inward bound, for both TCP and UDP. Something very simple and generally very useful is shutting down your firewall before you log in and turning the firewall back on once you are in the room!
I want to unsubscribe my registration
You can only unsubscribe your registration via a written request together with a copy of a valid identity card (and a copy of your payment if it concerns an active VIP account) This request can be sent to: These measures are necessary to ensure the registration or VIP account belongs to you.
I want to cancel my membership
You cannot cancel your paid membership of VIP and SuperVIP. It will automatically expire when the duration of the membership expires. |
